Hope not: Excedrin is a combination pill consisting of aspirin, Acetaminophen and caffeine. The combo of Aspirin and Acetaminophen may cause damage to the liver and kidney. Usually reversible if you survived to write about it. But may have caused chronic injury if the the od dose was in the hi end of the toxic range. Tinnitus is almost always reversible.
