Consult your DOC: There are many options to help you quit. It is great that you've chosen to quit but get all the support. I would recommend consulting with your primary care physician.

TIme: People who quit frequently report that the craving lasts for a year. Recognize that and do your best to not restart. After awhile (up to a year) you will lose the craving and actually do everything you can to get away from smokers.
