Check link below: Google online as well. Here's a partial list- echinacea , ginger , garlic , ginkgo , bell pepper , turmeric , cat's claw , ginseng . In general , fruits and veggies are rich in antioxidants and are immune boosters themselves !

No research on that: There are no good research studies showing that any herbs seem to help the immune system. The key is a balanced, healthy diet, not being overweight, getting regular exercise, and practicing good behaviors to avoid illness (hand washing, avoiding people, etc.) also, don't forget about sleep: getting enough sleep, especially at your age, is vital to good health.

Many good choices: There are many herbs proven to improve immune function. Some of the best choices include astragalus, ashwagandha, andrographis, echinacea, eleuthero & medicinal mushrooms like reishi, cordyceps, turkey tail, shiitake & maitake.
