Bunion: You probably have a bunion forming. You can try wearing lower heels with square toe or adding shoe inserts, or see a podiatrist to see if they need to do anything else.

Sure: First, see if your big toe can bend upward 45 degrees or more. If not, you have limitation of that joint and heels are jamming the joint. The simplest solution would be to wear a lower heel. If you must wear heels, see a podiatrist. You may need minor surgery on the joint to restore motion.
