What have you tried?: For fast control, at your age, ask your physician whether it's appropriate to start with a systemic antibiotic such as tetracycline 500 2x/day in addition to whatever topical rx (benzoyl peroxide, clindamycin, whatever) seems good. I'm going to assume this is not severe enough for accurane. I was able to go off tetracycline at about age 50. Find if you have some underlying cause for your acne.
