See an allergist: Bed bug bites tend to occur in a row and have a different look from an allergic reaction, you need to be evaluated by your physician or an allergist.

Rash: Allergic reactions tend to be scattered all over and not limited to a single location. They can also become hive-like. Bed bugs are not grouped but typically multiple single bites in one location or very sparsely located and tend to be much smaller. Seeing a doctor is your best bet.

Check lesions.: Agree w earlier answers. Get these checked out. Bed bug bites may cause no symptoms or signs in some people. When there is a reaction, it may not show until several days after the bed bug has bitten. It can cause pink, swollen, itchy lesions on the skin. What can be telltale is when there is a linear track of lesions from sequential feedings – but that does not always occur.
