Decreased efficacy: It is generally not recommended to drink alcoholic beverages while on antibiotics. Best to finish the full course befoe drinking alcohol.

Not much: Social drinking has little if any effect on this antibiotic. If you forget a dose because of drinking it can decrease effectiveness.
