Mid cycle: Ovulation bleeding happens at mid of menstrual cycle. For example, if you have 28 day of cycle, it happens at cycle day 13 or 14. The reason for that is due to a little drop of your estrogen level in the mid of cycle. It only lasts for a day or two.
