Girlfriends period is odd after morning after pill. when should we start worrying?

2 weeks: If she took the morning after pill and had abnormal bleeding you should check a pregnancy test in 2 weeks. It should be positive by then if she conceived prior to the morning after pill.

Morning after pill: Potential Side effects w emergency contraception include menstrual flow changes (spotting, bleeding, early or late period). Take pregnancy test & notify Dr if your period is 7 or > days late.
