Cautious stretching: Talk w/your doctor or urologist about cautious stretching and creams -- otherwise the doctor can do surgery, but at your age it might be painful.

See a urologist: You can sometimes treat phimosis with a steroid cream applied tot he foreskin. I use Betamethasone for my patients with phimosis that do not want a circumcision. The other option is surgery . However, i recommend you get checked bya urologist. There is one condition which causes phimosis which can be dangerous. It is called balanitis xerotica obliterans (bxo) and that requires surgical treatment.
