Is burning vaginal area, cold feet, feeling cold related to diabetes?

Most likely not: I could stretch and say yes (high sugar contributes to infection and your yeast could give vaginal burning; circulation could be affected with peripheral arterial disease so don't smoke!; blood sugar irregularity could mess with your hypothalamic set point and make you feel cold), but i'm not going to. Look for more common explanations for your complaints and keep your sugars in excellent control.
