Shoulder Pain: If you are getting pain in your shoulder from sitting then i would think it is more posture related. If you are at a desk and working on a computer make sure the keyboard is close to waist level. Also try and consciously keep your shoulders retracted. This will put less strain on the shoulders. Try taking some anti-inflammatory medication. If it is inflammation it should respond.
