That depends: Some cervical mucus discharges can be normal such as the changes that may occur with hormonal changes during ovulation. Other times, an abnormal discharge may be a sign of an infection. If the discharge persists, then see the Dr. for an evaluation and testing of the discharge to get the definitive diagnosis and treatment (if needed). Good luck to you.
