Trauma: From your description you have a very robust sex and have some trauma . Following that you have discharge . It is likely that the blister may have rupture leaving skin break down which is natural barrier from bacteria or other microbes . It is also possible that you might have sexually transmitted disease . I would recommend to see your doc , have sample of the discharge checked.
