Always possible: No birth control is 100%; if you had sexual contact at the appropriate time, there is always a possibility that you are pregnant. That being said, Mirena (levonorgestrel) is very effective usually, so the likelihood is very little for pregnancy; if you remain concerned, take a home pregnancy test at the appropriate time.
