Diabetes causes prob: Dm causes damage to nerves which can decrease sexual performance. Also in men it is associated with lower testosterone levels which can affect sex drive and performance.

In one way: Diabetes, particularly if poorly controlled, can lead to erectile dysfunction and low testosterone levels - which will interfere with normal sexual activity. Sex, on the other hand, doesn't interfere with diabetes. Every bit of exercise is good - but hopefully you're getting other daily exercise and eating well, losing weight, taking meds, monitoring glucose, and listening to your doctor.
