Change diet; see doc: A proper, sustainable diet should help you lose weight. Consult a registered dietitian or physician for a proper diet for health and energy. Your problem may be also emotional eating and may require a health psychologist to help you identify why you do what you do and what to do about it. Make sure they have a phd or psyd and are certified as 'health psychologist' to get the right attention.
