A stimulant dose is : Like water in a leaky bucket, ; it runs out each day. Each preparation of methylphenidate or amphetamine has a specific onset, peak & duration of action & individuals with adhd may absorb, metabolize & excrete them differently. "rebound" symptoms at wear-off (fatigue, depression, irritability, ⬆ed adhd symptoms) require adjustment of dose, timing of dose or or addition of adjunct medication.

Withdrawal: Adhd medications are often addicting. When you stop you may go through withdrawals. Decrease your medication slowly and focus on your passion. If you don't know that follow your joy until you remember your passion.
