ADHD: For people with adhd medication can make a big difference but it is not indicated for everyone. If it has been suggested for you, ask yourself, what do you hope to accomplish by taking the meds? Will it help you to complete projects and be more successful? Will it help you to be more organized? Consider the risks and benefits and then decide if meds are right for you.

Depends on med: Stimulant medications such as Ritalin (methylphenidate) and Adderall can have very positive effects for people with ADHD.Other medications such as Provigil and Nuvigil can also be helpful. Careful of recommendations for medications that do not have scientific support .
