My urine color is yellow. ..does that mean anything?

Set a goal: You may wake up with dark urine every morning just because you haven't been drinking in the night. A good goal would be to drink enough during the day to make your urine more clear, and by 6pm you urine should be almost colorless. A dangerous color to urine is if it is brown - that implies that you are having liver trouble. Bloody red urine is usually big trouble!
