CTS: Carpal tunnel syndrome would be my first thought. Don't ride bike. Does it wake you up from sleep? Suggest neuro eval with possible emgs and ncvs.

Couple extra thots.: Agree that you might have carpal tunnel issues, but have also seen people after long bike rides, who have compressed the ulnar nerve at the wrist (guyon's canal), and rarely, neck problems have emerged due to the posture needed for bike riding.
