Yes: Minoxidil will help if used every day for years. Possibly the 10% is slightly more effective than 2%. Oral finasteride or dutasteride are more effective and are often used with minoxidil. The oral therapy is safe and cheap. Nizoral (ketoconazole) shampoo is good for dandruff but does not enable more hair. Bionit tablets of all kinds, including biotin, have NO effect on the amount of hair on your head.
