Foreskin of my penis does not open at all?

Phimosis : A tight foreskin (phimosis) can become problematic if it is not routinely pulled back over the glans penis (head of the penis). This can lead to a surgical emergency called paraphimosis where the foreskin becomes stuck behind the glans penis and it swells. Phimosis can also be a problem if the foreskin can not be retracted sufficiently for proper cleaning. Circumcision is often the best option.

Needs evaluation: If you can't retract your foreskin, it will be hard to keep the end (glans) of your penis clean and infections may occur. This is a condition called phimosis. You should see a urologist to evaluate this and recommend the best treatment.
