Short frenulum : The thin bridge of tissue between the glans penis ( head of the penis ), just below the urethral opening and the foreskin, is short in some individuals. This is the penile frenulum and can be torn during sexual intercourse. If it happened once, it can happen again. It can be treated surgically with release of the frenulum or with circumcision.
