No: If a person has pus in bubbles on their toes, then they probably have an infection that needs a proper evaluation to determine the right treatment. Infections of the skin are more often bacterial and lotrimin (clotrimazole) would not treat that.

Pus is usually: Bacteria. Lotrimin (clotrimazole) is an antifungal agent. Pus usually indicates an infection. If an infection is present you would want an antibiotic but you would want proper wound care as well which may warrant a doctors visit.
