Blood sugar control measures?

3 doctors weighed in across 2 answers

Question not clear: If you don't know your blood glucose level, you should have it check up. If you have diabetes, first, you need to consult your doctor. Diet control, like adjust your total daily calories, is the fundamental measure. Increase physical activities definitely will decrease the level of blood glucose. If above two measures fail to control it, adding medication is the next step.
