I was never diagnosed with add/adha child and i did some research and i feel i have many of the symptoms. what steps can i take to see if i have add?

See your doctor: By definition add/adhd has its onset before age 5. However, some people are able to cope with the symptoms if the condition is mild enough. If your symptoms are bothering you or interfering with your life, i would suggest scheduling an appointment with your doctor to discuss the options.
