Hard to say: Could be a bunion, could be arthritis. Also could be severe flat foot. Without more specific information it is hard to say what is wrong. See a podiatrist for a proper foot examination and x rays.

See a podiatrist: I am not sure if you are referring to a bunion or possibly your 5th met base...But see a doc, and they will explain your options. Certainly, pain is not good.
