Neuropathy?: You are describing general sensations of nerve irritation, which may be from a local issue (such as carple tunnel) or a central issue (in the spine or brain). You should see your physician to evaluate this.

Nerve irritation: These could be symptoms of nerve irritation of the median nerve that supplies the palm aspect of the hand. Make sure that you do not put any pressure on the entire arm especially on the wrist. Do not sleep with your arms overhead or under the body. Do not sleep on your stomach because these positions can kink the neck nerves. Spinal nerve root irritation can give to palm pain.
