What food?: You could have an intolerance to that food, which expresses as loose bowel movements. The gut is one of the first places such responses show up. Other symptoms (maybe later) might be fatigue, drowsiness, bloating, body aches and pains, etc -- signs of inflammation. See your doctor for an evaluation and work towards diagnosis. This can rule out other causes of diarrhea needing treatment.

Allergy?: If you know that certain foods are causing problems it is likely that you have a sensitivity or allergy. Try eliminating those foods for a full month then try slowly adding one at a time back. If they cause you problems again you should eliminate those from your diet.
