Whatever works...: As long as you're not having excessive irritation or dryness, then use as much as you like to get effective results.

No: You may end up staining your shirts, but unless you are having a skin reaction to the deodorant, there should be no problem.

Depends: Some people get an allergic or irritant dermatitis from a lot of use, but if you aren't getting red or itchy, you can continue. That being said, you might do better with a clinical strength antiperspirant.
