Spine nerve irritate: You may have low back in nerve root irritation that is exacerbated with the increase in pressure within the abdomen when you pee. Please make sure that you get it evaluated with your family dr. And properly treated. If this is menstrual related see an gyn dr also.

Probably not: These symptoms are often caused by contractions of the uterus. Ibruprofen may help as flow increases, the symptoms may worsen --but then improve in a day or two.
