Biotin for hairloss?

Can try it: Avoid over-washing your hair. Don't apply shampoo directly to the roots. Distribute conditioner evenly through your hair. Avoid using hot tools (hair dryer, flat iron) every day. Use a deep conditioning treatment once a week. Do not comb or twist wet hair. Massage in warm olive oil or coconut oil and leave for 30-40 minutes before washing. Always use lukewarm (not hot) to wash your hair.

Vitamin B7: Biotin, or vitamin b7, is found in lots of foods. It can also be made by the bacteria in your guts. Biotin requirements are not very high, and because it's both found in foods and made in our guts, deficiency is rare. It's very unlikely, and there is no evidence, that biotin supplements help with hair loss.
