May B infection: A peculiar vaginal odor is ususally the result of bacterial vaginosis. This is usually a fishy odor due to certain chemicals being produced due to the bacterial causing the infections along with a warm, moist enviornment. Anything place in the vagina could of course cause an odor. Yeast can cause odor too as can, trichomonas and other infections. Get examined and any treatment needed.
