Chlamydia treatment: The best way to know if you were both fully treated is to repeat any testing a few weeks after the treatment. If symptoms have abated you may be fine. But, it is usually taught that one must not expose partners for 48 hours after treatment so that an untreated bacteria does not reinfect you our your partner.
