My son who is 2yrs old has gunk comn from his eyes wit a minor cold. its a yellowish gunk but no red or swollen eyes. suggestions?

Warm compress: This is most likely tear duct drainage of the same "gunk" he has in his nose. Warm compress can help clean it. If he has any swelling or redness he must see a doctor.

Just: Wipe it away with a warm wash clothe. It is part of the cold and not dangerous in any way.
