Depends : Simvastatin should be taken in the evening before bedtime. Simvastatin does not interact with most oral antihistamines or decongestants. I would take the allergy med when your symptoms affect you most (preferably before they start). Taking them together should not be a problem.

Nasal capsule ?: What nasal capsule ? Otc cold tablets ? That's ok but some antibiotic may have interaction.
