Don't drink alcohol: If you know your digestive system is being affected by your alcohol consumption, stop drinking alcohol! truthfully, men should drink no more than 2 drinks/day (ladies no more than 1 drink/d). And no, you can't go a whole wk w/o drinking & then down 10-14 drinks all at once to bring your average up to par! if stopping alcohol isn't enough to make you feel better, go see your doc to be sure no damag.
