Safe: It is safe. Vitamins and minerals are contained in food. If it is safe to eat food, then it is safe to take supplements in reasonable doses. Do not take megadoses of anything unless there is a clear reason to do so.

I think it's ok: I don't see any reason why you can't take a multivitamin along with Amitriptyline and propranolol. In fact, i would make sure that you get adequate folate (folic acid) (at least 400 mcg daily) because that seems to be important for depression treatment. However, multivitamins are controversial. There is no evidence that taking all those additional vitamins helps our health, and it could hurt.
