Why do i have under eye circles?

Skin, muscle, fat: Under eye circles can be caused by a variety of different conditions. At your age, the use of oral contraceptives or pregnancy may cause dark pigmented circles around the eyes. Thin skin may make the underlying muscle visible with a blue appearance. Congenital prominence of the fat or a shallow orbit may make the fat or globe more prominent with visible lower lid bulges.
