Thirst and fatigue: You need to see a doctor to have a physical examination performed on you as well as giving some urine to be analyzed along with some blood work. Diabetes needs to be ruled out and your doctor can do that quite easily by taking some blood and getting your glucose reading on a glucose meter. Please see a doctor as soon as possible for an answer to your question.
