No: If somebody's telling you "natural is best" has led you to refuse scientific acne treatment until now, you have my sympathy. Benzoyl peroxide, retinoic acid derivatives, clindamycin, systemic antibiotics and ultimately the tough rx Accutane are all there. Even a dermatologist can't remove scars though they can be made less visible with high-tech.

Time, time & more : Time is your best friend. Avoiding sun exposure and cigarette smoking are great. Onion bulb extract ( allium cepa) may help as well as honey for some active infections but these later too are controversial.
