Feet: Could be cellulitis/abscess or fungal infection. Needs evaluation.

Yellow soles : Calluses can cause thick, dry yellowish patches of skin on the sole of the foot. Eating large amounts of turmeric can also affect the soles. Carotenemia can cause yellowing of the palms & soles. Yellowing due to jaundice or anemia would not be limited to soles of feet.
