Generally not : The risk of uterine rupture goes up with each cesarean. Most doctors will not allow a vaginal delivery with more than one cesarean. You could possible get away with it but don't take unnecessary risk to you or your baby.

Depends: Best to speak with your ob. He knows about your previous deliveries and can judge the safety of a vaginal delivery.
