Probably OK, but...: It's always a good idea to be concerned about drug interactions. You can ask your doctor or pharmacist, and there are on line drug interaction checkers that are also helpful. I'm not a big fan of diet pills, because of their side effects, lack of helpfulness, or both.

Probably: You must ask your doctor to make sure that the diet pill does not interact with your medications. The diet pill should not make the RA flare.
