Diet/exercise: If you have no chronic medical problems, make sure you lose weight if overweight. Make sure you're on proper diet, exercise, get a good night sleep, keep intellectually stimulated, enjoy life, be happy and smile a lot, etc. Also check if you're on chronic medication.
