Masturbation Guilt?: The simple answer to this common questions is that masturbation is a natural part of the human experience. All men masturbate. It is nothing to be ashamed of, nor is it in any way a problem from a medical perspective. Now, some religions will teach that his is not normal and is somehow a sin. I believe that guilt is not worth the energy on this issue. Masturbation is normal.
