Bumps on anus: Without seeing this, it sounds like a hemorrhoid. Hemorrhoids are blood clots in the veins that surround the rectum. These are very common. One should keep the area soft and clean, soften the stool and then seek medical help if it is bleeding, painful, or not getting any better.
