See OB/GYN: You have had a protacted course of abnormal bleeding, as well as dyspareunia; you should see an ob/gyn for further evaluation with examination. Good luck!

Need for examination: It is time to see your doctor as it is not feasible to provide a meaningful answer without a physical examintion. Bleeding for 29 days is not normal and you are risk for becoming anemic. Please consult your doctor.
