Eat nutritious food: More fruits and veggies and less junk foods. Poop everyday. Drink lots of water daily to flush your colon and stay active and exercise daily or every other day. Probiotics may help maintain good normal flora in your intestines. Be optimistic . If you have no family history of GI cancer, then you'll be fine. Don't worry, be happy!
